Ownership and Payment
All goods remain the property of the SIDC until payment has been received in full. Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, the SIDC can accept orders by post which are accompanied by a cheque.
Whilst the SIDC make every effort to ensure the information displayed on the site is accurate and correct, we are entitled to adjust prices in the case of errors or omissions, or if a supplier increases their own costs, or the value of taxes change. Where goods are ordered with an incorrect value we will inform you of the correct value. If the correct value is not acceptable you are entitled to cancel the order.

Track Day Bookings
Bookings which are cancelled more than 28 days prior to the event are entitled to a refund, minus a £10/10% handling fee (whichever is greater) to cover the credit card charges incurred by the club.
Bookings which are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the event are strictly non-refundable, UNLESS the place can be re-sold, in which case an admin fee of £10/10% (whichever is greater) shall be deducted.
Provided that notification is received at least 7 days prior to the event, and strictly at the clubs discretion, it may be possible in certain circumstances to issue a goodwill credit note, to the full value of the event, towards a future track event with the club. We are a non-profit making club run by unpaid volunteers and hate to see fellow enthusiasts lose out, but our ability to do this for members is limited. Please ask nicely. Credit notes have no expiry date.
So long as at least one full days notice is given by email or telephone to the event organiser, places on track events may be sold or transferred to other individuals, subject to any pricing differences which may apply. It is the initial purchasers responsibility to contact the club with the details of the person they have sold or transferred their place to.

Manufacturers guidelines should always be followed when fitting or using any products purchased from the SIDC. The SIDC takes no responsibility for damage / other losses caused by the misuse or incorrect fitting of any products.
The terms of the contract do not affect the consumers statutory rights.
